Purpose of the Job:
To understand and articulate the design problem and provide solutions.

Essential Duties / Major Accountabilities:
Define creative/technical brief based on customer requirements

Design concepts with interaction and navigation model

Visual communication necessary for customer presentations

Design documentation

Project Management (customer/internal communication, scheduling & design delivery)

Minimum required Knowledge & Skills:
Expert in Photoshop

Understands Flash, HTML, Dreamweaver

Creative thinking and visualization skills

Ability to select the best solution for effectively solving the design problem
Presentation and communication skills

Education & Training Requirement:
Diploma or Degree in Design or Visual Arts or equivalent

Experience Requirements:
4 to 6 Years in Graphic Design

Systems Engineer: Applications Development

Purpose of the Job:
Development of C++ Applications.

Essential Duties/Major Accountabilities:
- Deliver software as per the requirements documents and architecture.
- Assist with software architecture design.
- Collaborate closely with designers & updates teams to determine & define requirements

Minimum required Knowledge & Skills:
- Knowledge of tools & languages used for development (C/C++).
- Knowledge of Unix & Windows Shell Scripting.
- Adaptable to new platforms and technologies.
- Experience in object-oriented design and implementation.

Education & Training Requirement:
Bachelors of Engineering IT/Comp/EXTC/Bsc IT/Comps/MCA.

Experience Requirements:
2+ Years in Applications Development

Job Purpose:
Interactive Software Development

Essential Duties:
Performs integration of interactive software
Adheres to the defined architecture & software processes
Develops software (interactive) based on requirements
Adheres to organizational quality norms
Participates in team & project meetings

Minimum required Knowledge & Skills:
Technical skills:
Essential: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, basic Linux commands
Preferred: QT/QML, Shell programming, PHP & MYSQL
